- Tuesday nights from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
- Each session will combine fitness with a personal development activity.
- Session space is limited.
Lisa Druxman, Founder of FIT4MOM, has created a very special new program for moms and daughters. This session includes a variety of workouts from yoga to body weight workouts.
MODAFIT (Mom Daughter Fitness) will build strength, confidence and communication between you and your daughter. Our goal is to combine fitness with a fun focus on health, happiness and body image. We will strengthen you both, including your bond with your daughter.
Suggested for daughtes ages - 8 - 13.
